张老板看了看老李，他的老朋友。他想了想，然后说。
张老板：“你问我是不是需要你帮忙， 嗯，需要，那我问你一些问题吧。”
老李：“问吧。”
张老板：“比如现在我是一个侦探，你是一个坏人，我问你。”
老李：“哈哈哈。你和我都知道，我已经有一点儿是坏人了，对不对？”
张老板：“两个同时都是真的。”
老李：“哈哈！当然，继续吧。”
张老板：“是的。所以我才问你。我觉得你特别会角色扮演。”
老李：“你是在哪儿知道‘角色扮演’的？”
张老板：“当然是书上。”
老李：“好的，没问题。你会说我的好话还是会骂我呢？”
张老板：“再来一遍：我是侦探。我正在做一个调查。我要审问你。你准备好了吗？”
老李：“准备好了，但是等一下。你不给我泡杯茶吗？”
张老板：“你知道电壶在那里。自己泡吧。”
老李：“难道你就是这样对待好朋友的吗？好吧。”
树：对客人要有礼貌。
张老板知道这样不太礼貌，但是他太着急了。他这一刻唯一的想法就是找到沙漏。他没管树又开始找。
然而，张老板有时候会抬起头，看到老李先把水倒进那个电壶里，等水烧开，然后倒进茶壶里半茶壶热水，然后再放茶叶，最后再加满热水。
张老板知道，他的朋友喜欢第一杯茶很热、很淡。虽然张老板很着急，但是他一想到老李的喝茶声就笑了，因为他知道接下来会发生什么。
老李在桌子旁坐了下来。像老李平时的做法一样，他很大很大地大声吸了一大口茶。
张老板：“你准备好了吗？”
老李：“准备好了，说吧！”
张老板：“是不是你借走了沙漏？”
老李：”没有。我没有借走。”
张老板：“是不是你把沙漏借给别人了？"
老李：”当然没有。我为什么要这么做？我没有借给别人。”
张老板：“是不是你忘记了？”
老李：“你觉得我是个健忘的人吗？”
这一刻，老李让张老板感到很不高兴。他看着并听着老李又喝了一大口茶，这次的声音更大了。
老李：“只是在开玩笑。我没有借走或者借给别人或者忘记什么。”
张老板意识到这一刻他想停止角色扮演，想和他的老朋友一起讨论并互相理解。
张老板：“如果不是我和你借走的，也不是我和你借给别人的，那是谁借走的？”
老李：“可能没有借走或者借给别人。会不会是被偷走了？”
突然，张老板第二次惊恐地觉得自己像是停在了半空中一样。
张老板看着老李，老李也看着张老板。老李以前见过张老板这样，所以很理解他。
老李：“回来，回来，老朋友。”
张老板吸气，呼气，放松，放松。
当张老板可以开口时，他说：“谢谢你，老朋友。在这一刻，你一点儿都不是坏人。”
老李笑着说：“现在，这一刻已经过去了，对不对？”
张老板：“对。你又已经有一点儿是坏人了。”
张老板记得应该有礼貌，他问老李：“我知道你想喝热的。要不要我再加点儿热水？”
老李说：“对，有点儿凉了。要。”
张老板给老李杯子里加了点儿热水。
张老板：“你说是被偷走了，我也是这么想的。我希望不是。我觉得如果那样一切都会改变。”
老李又非常大声地吸了一大口茶，但是没有说话。

1. Applying the findings of research - according to Hong et al. (2017), adult language learners might optimize acquisition by prioritizing procedural memory (learning a process so well that it becomes automatic) over declarative memory (the conscious recall of facts and information) - I tried to learn words and procedures for locking doors in Chapter 3.

Zhang Laoban…saw Lao Li pour water into the electric kettle first, wait for the water to boil, then pour half a teapot of hot water into the teapot, then put the tea leaves in, and finally fill it up with hot water.
