“我给你写了一封推荐信。这是信，” 小李说着。他把信放到桌子上，然后把它推向刘依诺。

“对不起，刘小姐。我感激你对我的帮助。我认为你对树的帮助是理所当然的。对不起。我犯的错太大了。都是我的错。我理解你不可能原谅我。对不起，” 小李说。
小李服从了树。树使他感觉安静，像在安静的森林中的一棵树一样。
小李认为自己做得很好。他对自己说的话很满意。他期望刘依诺欣赏他的道歉行为。他停下来，等着她说谢谢。
“好吧，” 刘依诺还是低着头说。刘依诺的回答让小李很惊讶。小李想，难道这就是她所说的“谢谢”吗？
突然，小李想起来妈妈睁开眼睛对他说：“我很担心你。” 突然，小李感觉到深深的悲痛。小李终于准备好要说出自己的心声了。
"我真实地，深深地跟你说一声对不起，” 小李说。他看到刘依诺抬起头。即使还在暗光下，小李也可以看到刘依诺美丽的脸庞和她眼中的生命力量。
“好的，” 小李听见刘依诺说。“谢谢你。”
