第二十五章：背会了

Twig 枝丫 Zhīyā is a serialized fantasy novel written in Simplified Chinese characters for intermediate level readers.
“‘疑是地上霜，’”小小李一边小声地自己背, 一边练习写汉字。
哎呀，老李想，李白的这首诗我背了八百遍了。现在，我必须再听八百遍。
在老李的厨房，小小李在桌子旁边坐着，老李在烧水做饭。
老李希望他可以再做一次美味的饺子，但是，小小李只喜欢速冻饺子。老李把速冻饺子放进热水里。
“在校外围棋班，”小小李说， “老师说，‘围棋的快乐在于，能够静下心来，用心经营自己的世界。’ 你觉得呢？”
“我想一想，” 老李说。老李用筷子把速冻饺子放在热水里。他想了想他拔出树的方法。他想象疼痛不在他的身体里面而是和他并肩行走。这样，老李就能处理疼痛了。
老李想，为了小小李自己拔出自己的树，小小李能用“能够静下心来，用心经营自己的世界” 处理疼痛吗？老李可以教小小李这个方法吗？
“你爸爸最近提到过参加会议吗？” 老李问小小李。
“是的，” 小小李说。“在安全新能源公司 ，爸爸每天参加很多会议。”
“参加工作以外的会议吗？” 老李问。
因为两只胳膊上的一些枝丫不见了，老李的树声音变得很小，几乎沉默了。但是，他不需要树告诉他什么是对的。他知道不应该问这个问题。小李告诉了老李：小小李的树是小小李父母的事。
小小李抬起头，很有兴趣地看着他爷爷。”什么样的会议？” 小小李问。
透过窗户，老李看到最后一丝阳光照在他又聪明又帅气的孙子脸上。嗯，老李想，孩子们都知道，对不对？后生可畏。
“我说得太多了，我应该少说一点儿，” 老李说。
“‘如果你说得太多了，你应该少说一点儿，对大家来说，这是最好的，’” 小小李背会了。“‘树是好的，树说的话是真的，树告诉我们做的事也是最好的。’”
麻烦，麻烦，老李想。他把饺子放到了桌子上。
“把你的作业放进书包里。吃吧！吃吧！” 老李说。
小小李用筷子把一个饺子夹起来，放进嘴里。
“很好吃！” 小小李说。他大口大口地吃着。
“慢点儿，你吃得太快了。你吃饭的样子把我逗笑了，”老李说。
我们对自己做了什么，老李想。孙子背了李白的这首诗，他的围棋老师，和树。他怎么知道哪一个最好呢？
我希望我孙子能够静下心来，用心经营自己的世界。老李等了一下，然后吃了一口没有味道的速冻饺子。
